| Notes on Use: |
1, The removal and installation of Electric fuel pump should be carried out by automotive professional maintenance staff; firstly, the fuel tank should be cleaned before installing the fuel, newly installed fuel pump must be with new strainer, strainer mesh size no larger than 60 microns (the company have various strainers to choose), and the installation of strainer must be solid and reliable, so as not to fall off.
2, Replacement of the new fuel pump, fuel pump models and specifications must be correct (refer to original model).
3, when installing please check whether the wire harness connector is solid and reliable (power wiring harness and fuel pump + pole and - pole should be properly connected) .the connection of fuel pump outlet must be tight , clamp must be chucking and no oil spills ,when replacing the fuel pump, the clamp must be replaced.
4, when installing, must be careful to avoid falling off, the falling fuel pump must be scrapped, no longer installation.
5, the power supply line for Inside fuel pump must use SMD FUSE 10A; the power supply line for outside fuel pump must use SMD FUSE 20A.
6. After the fuel pump installed, firstly to inspect fuel pressure of the fuel supply system.
It can be used unless fuel supply pressure is regular, and no leakage with fuel connecting pipeline and Tank Flange |
